And unless we do the inner work to rewire those messages, they continue running the show like outdated software—subtly sabotaging our desires.

You’re not broken. You’re not lazy. You’re not “bad at manifesting.”

🧠 How to Rewire Your Brain for Worthiness + Receiving

Neuroplasticity is your best friend here. The brain is totally capable of change—but it needs repetition, safety, and emotional resonance to make those changes stick.

Here’s how to begin rewiring:

1. Notice Your Resistance to Receiving

Pause the scroll and get honest: how do you feel when someone compliments you? Offers to help? When you think about having more money, love, or attention.

If your nervous system tightens—even a little—that’s resistance. Not a flaw. Just feedback.

2. Get Curious, Not Critical

Instead of spiraling into self-blame (“Why can’t I just be open to abundance?!”), gently ask: What did I learn as a child about being seen, supported, or celebrated?

Awareness is the first step toward rewiring.

3. Use Emotional Tapping (EFT) to Reprogram Your Worth

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a game-changer for releasing emotional blocks and rebalancing your nervous system. It works by tapping on specific meridian points while speaking truth—and reintroducing safety to your body.

Here’s a practical tapping script you can use right now:

Start by gently tapping the side of your hand (karate chop point) and repeat three times:

Even though part of me doesn’t feel worthy of receiving what I truly want, I deeply love and accept myself.

Even though I learned I have to earn love and success, I’m open to rewriting that story.

Even though it hasn’t always felt safe to receive, I honor my past—and I’m ready to receive with ease.

Now tap through the points while speaking each phrase:

Eyebrow:

I’ve been carrying this belief for so long…

Side of Eye:

That I have to earn love…

Under Eye:

That receiving makes me selfish or weak…

Under Nose:

That I’m not enough as I am…

But what if that’s not true?

Another potent rewiring tool? Mirror work.

Stand in front of the mirror. Look yourself straight in the eyes. And say, out loud:

“You are safe to receive. You are worthy of love, success, and joy. I love you. I’ve got you.”

Sound cheesy? Maybe. But mirror work activates dormant parts of your psyche that are starving for your presence, love, and permission to thrive.
