Zero for Life™

The Science-Meets-Soul Method to Alcohol Freedom

A woman with curly hair and a striped shirt is breaking through yellow paper surrounded by hanging silver confetti, smiling with closed eyes.

You’re Not Broken. You’re Just Ready for a Breakthrough.

You’ve tried cutting back. You’ve done the “rules.”

You’ve white-knuckled your way through dry spells only to feel deprived, bored, or like you’re missing some secret everyone else got. But no matter what, the alcohol noise keeps coming back to nag you.

You don’t need more willpower.

You need a real method—one that understands the psychology of habit change and honors the deeper part of you that’s ready to reclaim your power.

A Message from Cricket

I’ve been where you are—convinced that giving up alcohol for good was impossible.

But I was done living halfway. So I dove headfirst into the science, the soul work, and every proven method to break free once and for all.

Now, with my hypnotherapy expertise and Dr. Jennifer Rossi’s medical brilliance, we’ve developed the program I once dreamed existed—the one that actually works.

And guess what? It’s finally here. For you.

What’s Included?

Zero for Life isn’t just another sobriety program—it’s the most comprehensive path to alcohol freedom ever created. Built by two women who’ve lived it, we designed this journey to meet you where you are—with tools as unique as you are. Because real transformation isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Through guided meditations, hypnosis, EFT tapping, journal prompts, and deep community connection, you’ll find your “why,” strengthen your nervous system, and rediscover who you were always meant to be—with daily support from Cricket and Dr. Jen every step of the way.

This isn’t about restriction—it’s about liberation.

Various devices displaying online content, including a laptop with a video conference call of ten diverse people, a smartphone with a podcast titled "Rewire Your Cravings," a tablet with a website about a cricket club, and an iPhone showing a close-up of hands. There are also printed materials including certificates of achievement and workbooks related to personal development and sobriety.

Is This You?

If you’ve ever caught yourself doing any of the following… it might be time to rethink your relationship with alcohol.

Meet Your Guides

Cricket & Dr. Jen have both walked the path from alcohol abuse to full-on freedom—breaking up with booze for life. In Zero for Life, they blend science and soul to help you do the same. You’ll learn the real health risks, reset your brain’s chemistry, and uncover the deeper “why” beneath your drinking—so you can finally let go, for good, and come home to your truest self.

Christa “Cricket” King

A woman with long, wavy blonde hair smiling at sunset with warm lighting.

Hey there, beautiful soul—so glad you found your way here.

I’m Christa King, but you can call me Cricket. After 30 years in hospitality, I made a bold pivot into wellness and entrepreneurship—right in the middle of a perfect storm: a CPTSD diagnosis, a painful divorce, a toxic relationship, and a complicated history with alcohol.

In November 2023, I got sober—for good. That decision changed everything. I dove deep into healing with psychedelics, reparented my inner child, and finally found my purpose. That’s when Cricket Fixes was born.

Today, I’m combining 35+ years of therapy, certifications in hypnotherapy and coaching, and a whole lot of lived experience to guide others through their own transformation—without the overwhelm or the $10K price tag.

If you’re ready to break free and become who you really are, I’m right here with you. Let’s go.

Dr. Jennifer Rossi, MD

A woman with red hair, wearing a denim sleeveless top, standing outdoors with hands on her hips, smiling, with tattoos on her arms and wearing pearl earrings, in a natural setting during sunset.

Hi, I’m Dr. Jennifer Rossi. I’m an ER physician who took a major pivot after hitting my own wall with burnout and leaned into lifestyle medicine and nervous system regulation to heal. Part of that journey was re-examining my relationship with alcohol and how it affects my body and mind.  I decided to go alcohol-free, and it's transformed my life.

Today, I am passionate about helping my patients live their most vibrant lives now and for as long as possible. I’ve trained in Functional Medicine, Genomics, Hormone Therapy, and Integrative Mental Health—not just to address symptoms, but to empower my patients to make lasting lifestyle and habit changes that promote true wellness.

I live in Bend, Oregon, with my two amazing kids and our golden retriever, Aspen. If you’re ready to feel vibrant, clear, and fully alive, I’m here to walk that path with you.
